First: The suction cup is sucked and placed a lot, which can easily inhale dust and paper dust in the air, resulting in a greatly reduced suction force, and it cannot absorb the carton smoothly. Therefore, when the carton suction box fails, please remove the dust in the vacuum filter next to the suction cup to allow the air to enter and exit smoothly.

Second: Due to its high-speed working characteristics, the unboxing and sealing machine adopts fixed-point sealing and cutting of the tape applicator. The sliding rail and sliding rail act more than 10,000 times a day, so tape cutting often occurs from time to time. In order to ensure smooth work and avoid rust, it is necessary to wipe regularly and add lubricating oil.

Third: The transmission chain of the unboxing body is the key to the interaction between the connecting motor units and requires regular grease. If the machine notices fluttering during operation, it means that the chain gap is too large. The tightness of the chain should be adjusted in time to make the linkage position normal to extend the service life of the machine.

Fourth: The softness and hardness of the carton are also the key to affecting the normal operation of the box sealing machine. The cardboard of the carton is thin and soft, and is easy to deform or be called diamond-shaped, so try to use cartons with better texture. If the carton is found to be diamond-shaped, you can adjust the position of the front and back pushing blocks so that it pushes the carton up and down to form a square.
