Semi-automatic box sealing machine means that the box sealing machine can seal the upper cover and the lower bottom of the carton at the same time, but the upper and lower covers of the carton need to be manually folded, and the height and width of the box need to be manually adjusted to suit the size of the sealed carton. 1. Install the tape roll: Install the tape roll on the tape fixing frame of the box sealer, and adjust the adjustment piece on the tape device until the tape tube is clamped, adjust the tension adjustment knob, and until the tape is pulled, the tape roll can still rotate smoothly, pull the tape out of the appropriate length and install it on the roller.

2. Adjustment machine: loosen the leg nut, adjust the height of the workbench according to the operation needs, then lock the nut, take the packaging box to be sealed, place it at the back of the workbench, and make the direction of the carton seam to be sewn consistent with the conveying direction of the box sealing machine, shake the height adjustment handle, and press the roller to the upper surface of the carton.

3. Operation of box sealing process: Press the power switch, start the machine, place the packaging box on the conveyor platform, and manually feed the carton into the conveyor belt for sealing. After the box sealing machine is finished, manually place the carton at the designated location, and then turn off the power switch to ensure safe operation.
