What are the steps to operate the box sealer?

The box sealing machine, as the name suggests, can distinguish between lower-word sealing boxes, four-corner sealing boxes and edge sealing boxes, and is widely used in production industries such as home appliances, electronics, food, automobiles, and beverages. The box sealing machine is divided into manual folding box sealing machine, semi-automatic box sealing machine, side box sealing machine, corner box sealing machine, automatic box sealing machine, etc.

Operation method of automatic box sealing machine.

1. Adjust the height of the workbench: loosen the locking screws of the tripod inside the tripod, pull out the tripod adjustment frame at the required height, and then tighten the locking screws of the tripod.

2. Put the box into the conveyor belt, and the length of the box is about one-third of the length of the box. According to the size of the box, shake the vertical shaking handle, move the lift rack, adjust the height of the movement, so that the movement touches the box downward.

3. To close the lid, adjust the position of the guide wheel. Release the handwheel, dictate the wheel frame, so that the guide wheel is close to both sides of the box, and then lock the handwheel.

4. Shake the handle horizontally, adjust the position of the conveyor belt horizontally, so that the conveyor belt closes and clamps the box, then take out the box, shake the handle to rotate the conveyor belt again, and after adjustment, you can operate continuously.

5. Install the tape tray on the tape seats that move up and down according to the drawings, so that the glue surface is facing the direction of the glue input, and then bypass the rubber surface of the idler wheel of the guide belt and the rubber surface of the unidirectional copper wheel. Between the top line and the rubber wheel at the front and rear, keep the rubber side facing the direction of entry.

6. Press the power switch and push it into the carton. The carton advances with the conveyor belt, and automatically completes the upper and lower sealing and cutting drive of the carton by connecting the sealing mechanism.
