It is often used with unboxing machines, packing machines, balers, palletizers, etc. That is not used under any circumstances. The baler manufacturer will introduce two unsuitable situations below.

1. Carton length limit

For standard box sealing machines, there is no limit on the length of the carton, but it is not possible for the folding cover box sealing machine, mainly because the length of the mechanical arm of the folding cover box sealing machine. The length of this arm is fixed, and the adjustable range is also fixed.

2. There are limits on carton weight

In principle, an empty carton sealer can also be sealed, but it is not possible in actual work, especially a folding cover sealer. Why? The main reason is that the tape of the box sealing machine brings resistance to the box sealing machine's cardboard box, so it will be blocked during the forward conveying of the cardboard box, and the cardboard box will be stuck on the movement and cannot move.
