1. First, place the new OPP tape roll on the mandrel

2. Pull out the tape, bypass the C roller, and then bypass the B roller along this line

3. Bypass the D roller, then pass the tape through the tape holder E and exit the F roller

In the whole process, make sure that the tape has a sticky side facing outward. To adjust the position of the tape, turn the knob to make the tape roll moderately speed, loosen the nut M8, adjust the front and rear positions of the screw M8×50, and change the elastic force of the long tension spring of the swing rod to control the tension of the tape. If you turn the knob clockwise, the tension on the tape will increase and vice versa. When the screw M8×50 is adjusted forward, the tape tension becomes greater and vice versa.
