The suction and engaging link is the primary step in the unboxing machine. When the operator puts the flat carton into the hopper, the unboxing machine will use its own suction cup to suck the carton in the hopper. While engaging, there will be a pulling force backward. The effect of this force is to suck the flat carton into a carton state.

Backing link. After the unboxing machine completes the first suction and engaging process, the carton is basically formed. At this time, the action of folding the bottom is needed. This step is similar to the principle of folding the cover of the folding cover sealing machine. The equipment is to fold the two short sides of the lower bottom of the carton and on both sides that are longer folded, so that the entire bottoming work is finished.
